Pre-listing cleanouts before the photographer arrives, and the leftovers after closing.
Saturday-only junk removal · Davis County, Utah

Who we work with
Pre-listing cleanouts before the photographer arrives, and the leftovers after closing.
Tenant move-out trash-outs, cleared out on Saturday so the unit is ready for the next tenant.
Whole-house cleanouts done with care. Usable furniture goes to donation, not the landfill.
Garages, basements, old couches, hot tubs, yard debris. Point at it and it's gone.
Agent partner program
Text us photos from the walkthrough during the week. We quote the same day, clear the house on Saturday so it shows clean on Monday, and send you before-and-after photos for your files.
How it works
Before Thursday evening, by the form below or by text. No visit needed for most jobs.
Priced by how much of the trailer you fill. The quote includes landfill fees.
Two people, straps and dollies, in the time window you picked. You don't lift anything.
Good furniture goes to local donation centers and metal gets recycled before anything hits the landfill.
